Our stews and soups should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. For the best experience, reheat on the stovetop over medium heat until simmering, or microwave in a heat-safe container for 3-4 minutes.

Can I purchase gift cards for use at the Portland or Seattle locations?

Absolutely. We offer digital gift cards that can be used for online merchandise and food orders, as well as physical gift cards valid for in-person dining at our restaurant and pub locations.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error in your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Are there gluten-free options available in your online store?

We strive to accommodate all guests. While our traditional soda bread contains wheat, we offer several gluten-free pantry items and clearly label all ingredients on our product pages to help you make safe choices.
